These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and sx786 ("sx786", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the sx786 platform accessible at https://sx786.cam/ (the "Platform"), including all associated services, content, features, tools, games and betting markets made available therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

sx786 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. These Terms are written in English and apply to all users regardless of their location. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities within Pakistan. sx786 does not represent that its services are lawful under Pakistani law, and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator/license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or requires specific regulatory authorisation that sx786 does not hold.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or have had an Account terminated by sx786 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of sx786.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you have authorised such activity.
• Notifying sx786 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Keeping your registered email address and contact details current and accurate.

sx786 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone or any other channel. You should treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right to require additional verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

All deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sx786 does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous payment methods or any source that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation, subject to processing times of the relevant payment method.
• sx786 references familiar Pakistani payment methods (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) for contextual purposes only. These names do not indicate any endorsement or formal integration. Users should refer to current deposit options displayed in their Account dashboard.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are supported for eligible users, subject to applicable network fees and confirmation requirements.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request documentation at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Processing times vary by method. sx786 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, but processing by financial institutions may add additional time beyond our control.
• Funds in your Account may be held pending investigation if sx786 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

sx786 may offer bonuses, promotions and incentive programmes to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the full terms of that promotion.

General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are subject to Account eligibility criteria and may not be available to all users. Users who have previously self-excluded may be excluded from promotional offers at sx786's discretion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Certain bonuses may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: sx786 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee a profit, or participation through multiple Accounts.
• No Guarantee: Bonuses are not guaranteed income. The advertised figures (e.g., illustrative switching bonuses of up to PKR 10,000) represent maximum potential amounts subject to eligibility, not guaranteed payments.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or event. These rules are accessible within each relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. sx786 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted, except where an obvious technical error or pricing mistake has occurred.
• sx786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, contained an obvious pricing mistake, or where an event outcome was known to the user at the time of placing the bet.
• Odds and prices are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The price confirmed at the time of acceptance is the final price for that wager.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, all bets affected will be assessed individually. sx786 will endeavour to apply the most equitable resolution but reserves the right to void affected bets where necessary.
• Live betting markets carry inherent additional risk due to the rapidly changing nature of in-play odds. Users accept this risk when placing live wagers.

For casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game (including RTP percentages where displayed, which are illustrative statistical averages and not personal return guarantees) are accessible within the game interface. sx786 does not guarantee winnings on any game and all results are subject to random number generator (RNG) outcomes or live dealer results.

sx786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a waiting period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without full self-exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Placing bets with the benefit of insider knowledge or information not available to the general public.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent any limit, restriction, self-exclusion or AML/KYC control imposed by sx786.
• Using payment methods or funds not belonging to you.
• Any conduct that constitutes match-fixing or interference with the integrity of any sporting event.

sx786 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 above.
• Any legal, regulatory or compliance requirement necessitating Account closure.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not related to misconduct, the remaining balance (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the original payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sx786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any service interruptions, technical faults or delays attributable to third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, data compilations and interface design, is the property of sx786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of sx786.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and gaming activity for the purposes of Account management, KYC/AML compliance, responsible gambling obligations, fraud prevention and service improvement.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as described in our Privacy Policy — including with KYC providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where required.

sx786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. We may also notify registered users by email where changes are significant.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx786 is incorporated and holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling. sx786 does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.
